Many fans just know you like to watch the NHL hockey game. Never to understand what a related history.
A year later, the HHOF committee has decided to induct this coming November, forwards Joe Sakic, Mats Sundin, Adam Oates and Pavel Bure. However, again, Pat Burns, regarded by many as one of the best coaches in the league, was left off the ballet.
But I want to tell you. Many things worth our attention. To understand.People should not be surprised that he was left off the induction process for a second time in a row. I, for one, am not surprised as people would be appalled that the year right after he died, that’s when he would be inducted. Headlines would read that the NHL and HHOF committee were waiting for him to pass away and induct him afterwards. It would show weakness and wrongdoing on the part of the committee members and the NHL alike.
Mistakes are made. It’s human nature. However, this one which took place last year is irreparable. Not sending Pat Burns to the hall of fame this year is understandable because of the snub that took place while he was still living. Everyone knows that it would be morally wrong if they were to induct this year, as it was only a few months ago that he had passed away.
